no tickets for parents??

My dad just tried to print out a copy of the ticket confirmation they'd got in early July. They had all kinds of tickets--Opening and Closing Ceremonies, Archery of course, and then several other sports like Tennis and Swimming. And Dad has now realized that we never got a confirmation on ANYTHING, even though we met the deadline by several days. The ticket organization, COSPORT, was highly disorganized at the time of the deadline since they were moving from the US to China, and they're not being very helpful right now. Mom is on an international service call to them right now, and it's not looking good. We can't even figure out which card of ours it was charged to, if at all. And if they never charged us, were the tickets ever reserved? We have a paper trail of emails and even some sort of code or number assigned to the deal. But I don't know how official it is.

This could be a major problem for my parents. They've got plane tickets, hotel reservations, and visas. But what good is any of that without tickets to the Games themselves?

I'm worried, but I'm going to try to stay out of it. What a mess! Positive thoughts would be appreciated!
